NAME: Ella Young
BIOGRAPHY: Ella is an innocent young girl who was in an accident at a young age where she was killed. Her memory is still present as her mum struggles to come to terms with her death. Ella had always admired her mum who was the most important person in her life but never shared that same bond with her dad which becomes something that troubles Sarah.
AGE: died at the age of 7
HEIGHT: 4ft 4
WEIGHT: Very light
BODY TYPE: Slim, very small frame
FACE TYPE: Still has a cute baby face
COMPLEXION: Ivory white, fair skin
EYES: Sky blue
HAIR: Mousy brown, mid-length.
SPEAKING STYLE: Very innocent voice
BEST QUALITIES: Very polite, tries hard in what she does, sees the goodness in every situation.
WEAKNESSES: Doesn't understand that life isn't all that easy
HOBBIES: Painting, making cakes with her mum, watching films with the family, Ice skating
NAME: Sarah Young
BIOGRAPHY: Sarah Lives in her proud family home in Sussex where she has lived all her life. She is very house proud and has put in a lot of effort to create the perfect setting for her family. She is a loving mother to her only daughter, Ella and devoted wife to husband Nick. She is the one who holds the family together and only wanted the best for her daughter. When Ella passed away Sarah found it difficult to cope and her relationship with nick became uncomfortable as he never wanted to speak about her. She finds it hard to deal with her emotions and is very hard on herself and often blames herself for her daughters death

BEST QUALITIES: Puts on a brave face and tries to make her husband happy. When Ella was alive she was a mother who put everything into trying to make her happy and even now she is gone she still loves her daughter just as much.
WEAKNESSES: Finds it difficult come to terms with her death. Even though she puts on a brave face it is killing her inside that she does not feel like she can talk about her own daughter. She is weak compared to Nick and does not feel that she can talk to him like she used to
HOBBIES: Occasionally sees friends but not as much as she used to. She has dropped most of her hobbies since Ella's death
NAME: Nick Young
BIOGRAPHY: Nick is originally from London but moved to Sussex when he was young but still travels to London for business related trips a couple of times a week which means he rarely spends time with his family. Nick and Sarah married at quite a young age and in the early days were inseparable. Nick used to always be a devoted dad but as the years went on it seemed as though he lost interest in Ella's hobbies and most things were left for Sarah to deal with. He was never as close to Ella as Sarah was and because of this he spends most of his time at work on focusing on other matters not concerning his family. Nick hides a secret that follows him for years which is what makes it difficult for him to want to show interest in Ella's life.

COMPLEXION: Slightly darker skinned compared to his family

HAIR: Dark brown
SPEAKING STYLE: Deep and droning, lacks interest which shows his speech

BEST QUALITIES: He is good at his job and was worked hard to work his way up and provide for his family
WEAKNESSES: Does not spend enough time with his family and often puts other matters first. He keeps inside his discovery and lets the relationship between him and Ella grow further apart. He no longer seems interested in Sarah and now lead more separate lives
HOBBIES: Working and occasionally going to the pub with a few close friends
